Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy (CCGFP)

CCGFP has been undertaking several projects in the areas of corporate governance and financial policy since inception, utilizing its research and creative capabilities to provide consultancy service and develop tools for the business community and local society.

Assessment and Rating

To realize our mission in promoting best practice in corporate governance, CCGFP has developed a new CG Rating Scheme for listed companies in Hong Kong and the Mainland. This rating scheme aims at providing a systematic and comprehensive yet user friendly instrument for companies to conduct the assessment by themselves or by an independent expert. We hope, by dedicating our intellectual capacity in developing new CG assessment methods, the companies adopting this instrument would value these results and continuously improvement their CG quality in the long run.
