Other interested academics and experts will be invited to join the Centre.
Research Fellows of the Centre will join one or more subject panels or sub-committees according to their interests and expertise. Initial panels include shareholders’ rights and investor activism, family businesses, board leadership, independent directors and audit committee, transparency and corporate reporting, executive compensations, market regulatory framework, IPO and listing rules, Chinese enterprises listed in Hong Kong, NGO governance, business ethics and corporate social responsibility, CG rating, etc.
