The rooms are open for booking by students or teaching staff for the use of audio-visual materials.
They may be booked for a minimum of 3 up to a maximum of 10 users in Room 1, or 20 users in Room 2. [ Location ]
Booking

All bookings should be done online.
|

|
Users from the same group may use the room once a day and a maximum of 3 times a week.
|

|
Booking is limited to a maximum of 2.5 hours on one day.
|

|
The group should not occupy the room after booking time when there are walk-in users.
They have to leave on the request of Library staff.
|

|
Walk-in users may book the rooms at the MLC Counter on condition that the rooms are available.
|
Check In / Check Out


|
Eligible users should leave their student cards at MLC counter upon check in.
|

|
Centre staff reserves the right to reassign the rooms to other users if the groups do not
show up 15 minutes after the booking time.
|

|
Users are expected to use audio-visual materials loaned from the Centre. Viewing of
personal materials must be for educational purposes and should be shown to counter staff upon check-in. Viewing
pirated materials is prohibited.

Please turn off the lights, air-conditioner, and AV equipment after use. |

Please collect your student cards at counter after use. |
Conduct of Users


|
Users misusing the rooms, eating, drinking beverages, talking on mobile phones, making
noise, etc. will be recorded and demerit points will be accumulated in the users' record.

Users are responsible for keeping the rooms in a neat and orderly condition.
|

Do not leave any valuables unattended. The Library is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
|
 |
Any items left after vacating the rooms will be removed without prior notice.
|
 |
The Library reserves the right to inspect the rooms even if they are in use. |

Users misusing the rooms or disturbing others will be required to leave the rooms and the Library immediately. |
