With HKBU Library’s MyLibrary Calendar service, patrons can have library circulation notices and records of library facilities reservation sent directly to their preferred calendar application. This makes it easy to keep track of the due dates of Library materials that you have checked out.

Patrons can subscribe to MyLibrary Calendar using any calendar application (e.g. Apple iCal, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows Vista Calendar, Mozilla Lightning, Mozilla SunBird, etc.) which supports the iCalendar format. All MyLibrary Calendar services are free. Furthermore, no additional personal data or notification needs to be provided to the Library when you subscribe, unsubscribe, or change your calendar applications.

Two calendars are available:

Library Event Calendar: Includes information on Library opening hours and Library events. Anyone may subscribe to this calendar.

Personal Library Calendar: Allows users to display information regarding their library circulation records, interlibrary loan records, and room bookings in their preferred calendar application.
