  • Postgraduate Diploma in Education is a part-time 2-year programme for in-service secondary school teachers.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Education is a full-time 1-year programme that provides professional training of teachers' education.

  • Master of Education is a part-time 2-year or full-time 1-year programme for educators and professionals who have an interest in the field of, and specialised areas in, education.

  • Master of Social Sciences in Teaching and Learning is a part-time 2-year programme that develops students' leadership in curriculum planning and implementation and advance their professional knowledge in emerging pedagogies for their own subject specialists through action learning.

  • Master of Public Administration is a part-time 2-year programme that sharpens students' understanding of public administration, such as in the Mainland and Hong Kong, in a comparative and global perspective.

  • Master of Social Sciences (Contemporary China Studies) is a part-time 2-year or full-time 1-year programme that provides students with a systematic training in and critical understanding of contemporary China from political, historical, geographical and sociological perspectives.

  • Master of Social Sciences in European Studies (Sino - European Relations) is a part-time 2 year programme that trains students in the understanding of the main features of society in contemporary Europe and China and of European-Chinese cultural, economic and political relations.

  • Master of Social Sciences in Sport and Leisure Management is a part-time 2-year or full-time 1-year programme that provides opportunities for students to take a reflective and interdisciplinary approach to the planning, provision, and management of sport and leisure.

  • Master of Social Sciences in Social Work is a part-time 2-year programme that educates students to achieve the academic and professional qualification which is considered eligible for registration as Registered Social Workers in Hong Kong.

  • Master of Social Sciences in Youth Counselling is a part-time 2-year programme that develops students knowledge in youth analysis and research, and equips them with selected youth counselling perspectives, methods, and practice skills, and with particular weight in narrative therapy.

  • Master of Social Work is a part-time 2-year programme that enhances the professional competence of practising social workers and provides an opportunity for them to reflect on professional practice from a broader perspective.

  • M. Phil. and Ph.D. (by research). Both M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes (in either full-time or part-time mode) are offered in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
