Step 1 ------ Select Graph Option from Quick Option on the Menu Bar

Step 2 ------ Type the variables required to plot the graph into the box

Step 3 ------ Select "Line Graph"  from the Graph Type, select "Dual Scale (crossing)" on Graph scales.
