(b) Yes. The coefficient for the natural logarithm of the consumer price index (CPI) is not
     statistically significant at the 95% level; but, more importantly, it does not have the sign one
     would expect. The correlation between CPI and GNP is 0.994. It is very probable that
     collinearity is generating the problem.
