Alumni Sharing Series of MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management Programme

The speaker of this session, distinguished alumna Miss Ada To, Winner of Best HR Leader – Hong Kong HRM Awards 2009 & 2010 was invited to share her insights on “Implication of PRC Employment Contract Law in Human Resources Practices”. She gave an overview of the PRC Labour Law, Contract Law, Mediation and Arbitration for Labour Dispute Law, Implementing Regulation of PRC Statutory Annual Leave and PRC Working Hours Rules. The sharing was held on 14 December 2010.
