HKBU students win contest with logistics
study on MTRC-KCRC merger
Students from Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU)
have won an inter-university contest for a logistics

The students presented practical solutions and recommendations
to judges of the contest which focused on transport
and logistics problems of great topical interest.
The event, held on March 20, was organised by the
Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in
Hong Kong (CILTHK) and the School of Professional
and Continuing Education of the University of Hong
Kong.
HKBU's winning team consisted of Lau Man-ying, Tong
Chun-man and Wu Xionghui (BBA-Information Systems
Management); Gao Junjie (BBA-Accounting); Tsai Yin-wang
(BBA-China Business Studies), and Tsui Chun-hei (Geography).
They were supervised by Dr. Shi Xinping, Associate
Professor of Finance and Decision Sciences, and coached
by postgraduate research students, Simon Yuen and

In last year's contest, a team from HKBU won the
