The China-Africa Business Council in Hong Kong was officiated on 21st April, 2007 by Mr. Hu Deping, President of China-Africa Business Council (CABC) in Beijing which was jointly founded by the China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program, the United Nations Development Programme and the Ministry of Commerce/China International Centre for Economic & Technical Exchanges.
With the increasing ties of business investment between China and African countries, the aim of CABC is to provide a practical platform to strengthen business ties between China and Africa. Echoing the national “reaching-out” strategy, CABC facilitates Chinese entrepreneurs in exploring and expanding business opportunities in Africa. With China-Africa economic and technical cooperation through a network of national and international partners, we envision that CABC plays a vital role in fostering the China-Africa cooperation.
The China-Africa Business Council in Hong Kong endeavours to explore business opportunities in China-Africa investment and development for Hong Kong enterprises. With the unique competitive edge of Hong Kong, we would play an important role in facilitating China-Africa business development.
