How to Register

Registration should be forwarded to centraloffice@tcmedicine.org before Saturday, July 31, 2010.

Fee Payment

The Meeting will accept bank remittance (for overseas delegates) and bank deposit (for local delegates) for payment of the registration fee.

Important Notes:

• Please make sure that the name of the Meeting, the delegate and the institution is stated on the bank transfer form.
• Payment of bank charges is the responsibility of the delegate concerned and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fee.
• Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment according to the registration deadline. A confirmation email will be sent to the delegate upon successful registration and payment.

Travel Grant for Postgraduates

To support postgraduates to attend the 9th CGCM Meeting, up to 20 Travel Grants of up to USD500 each are now open for application. CGCM Members may encourage postgraduates to submit abstracts and apply for the Travel Grant. Eligible postgraduates please contact the CGCM Central office at centraloffice@tcmedicine.org for further information and confirmation.
