The Working Group on the Promotion of the "Fair Use" Model 

[The Fair Use Group]

This Group will lobby the Government to adopt the open-ended US "fair use" model in the amendment of the Copyright Ordinance as oppose to the rather restrictive UK "fair dealing" model in the present Copyright Ordinance.
