has been appointed by the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government as a member of the Expert Panel on Financial Security in Old Age from July 2004.

has been appointed by the Centre for Business Ethics of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences as Guest Professor from 2004 to 2007.

has been appointed by the Education and Manpower Bureau and the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority as a member of CDC-HKEAA Committee on Economics (Senior Secondary) from November, 2003.
