Dr. Tan Zaixi, Scholar-in-Residence, Department of English Language and Literature

Dr. Tan's monograph A Short History of Translation in the West (first published in 1991; reprint in 2000) was selected for republication by the Chinese Ministry of Education in May 2003 for postgraduate and research programmes in the PRC.
