Prof. Wong ming-hung, Chair Professor of Biology and Director of Institute for Natural Resources and Environment Management
has been awarded a DSc degree from the University of Strathclyde (UK), based on the quantity and quality of papers published 1991-2002. Prof. Wong also received his first DSc degree in 1992 from the University of Durham (UK), based on papers published 1977-90.
has been invited to serve on the Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel of United Nation Environment Program (UNEP) to review projects for the UNEP, United Nation Development Program (UNDP) and the World bank.
has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of Environmental Geochemistry and Health, an international journal specialising in connections between environmental and human health and the occurrence of biologically significant elements in our environment.
