    • The Stanford Hillview Hotel (at Tsim Sha Tsui) offers a concessionary room rate for our conference participants.

    To enjoy the concessionary rate, all reservations have to be made before 2 July 2009. Please note that all reservations and requests for the room booking must be made in advance and are subject to space availability and hotel confirmation. You can be guaranteed a room if you make reservation on or before 15 June 2009. However, only limited rooms will be left after that day.

    If you want to reserve a room there, you need to fill out a form designed for our participants and send it to the hotel.
