How to Use the Study Paths
The Study Paths are arranged according to the standard textbook Themen neu, vols. 1-3. If you learn with Themen neu, simply click on the Lektion you are currently learning.
If you use another textbook or no textbook at all, go to the top of a Study Path. You will find a full list of topics and grammar of interest to you. Please note that the higher the number of the lesson, the more complex the grammar and the vocabulary. If you click on the lesson number, the Study Path will appear.
The Study Paths cover the entire range of functions/notions and grammar/vocabulary required for the Zertifikat Deutsch als Fremdsprache. If you want to learn more about this proficiency exam, go to Goethe.de.
Study Paths give you references only. If you want to use the materials, you have to check whether your own library/institution has them on stock.
Since the Study Paths are originally worked out with the European Studies Course at Hong Kong Baptist University in mind, they list code numbers of our own Self-Access Learning Unit. Your own library will naturally use a different coding system.
Check the Index for a full bibliographical reference of the material you wish to use.
