Five finalist teams were chosen by the Panel of Judges. They were invited to Hong Kong Baptist University to compete for awards in the Final Round of the Competition on 17 November 2010. The five finalist teams were:

- Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA

- Fudan University, Shanghai, Mainland China

- Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong SAR

- Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, Mainland China

- Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia

Financial Support to Finalist

Finalists from overseas received subsidy of round-trip economy class air fares (up to HK$25,000 for each team), as well as hotel and meal allowance in Hong Kong from 16 – 19 November 2010.
