School of Business of
Hong Kong Baptist University
(HKBU) are organising a two-day international conference on
Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Academic scholars, doctoral students and
others interested in entrepreneurship related research are welcome to
attend the Conference.
The Conference is organised around the broad theme of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. We also encourage papers on innovation in social entrepreneurship as well as new directions in entrepreneurial education in emerging nations. We welcome previously unpublished papers as well as case studies that address theoretical concepts and general issues in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. Papers can be either conceptual or empirical. All submissions will be peer reviewed and will undergo a selection process. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
The two-day Conference to be held from Wednesday to Thursday, 12 - 13 November 2008 in Hong Kong Baptist University, will include paper sessions and plenary sessions where delegates will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with entrepreneurs and corporate executives from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and other countries.
