Submission Guidelines
Please sumbit your paper, unpublished previously, to the conference secretariat by 30 June 2008. Each submission should include the author's brief bio, institution affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and email address. Acceptance of papers will depend on the recommendations of referees, and final notification will be made by 31 July 2008.
