  About the Programme

Started in 1997, the IIBD International Summer Institute (SI) had more than 500 motivated MBA and senior-year students from all around the world spending approximately 4 weeks in Hong Kong, Macau and/or Mainland China.  As a SI participant, you will find the programme challenging, rewarding, and exciting both academically, culturally and personally.  You will learn from fellow students as well as from faculty from different parts of the world.  You will enjoy small group and class discussions, meet and make friends with people from more than 8 countries who typically attend SI each summer.

The SI 2007 is ogranised by the Wing Lung Bank International Institute for Business Development (IIBD), an academic consortia hosted by Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU).

Our 2007 programme will compose of 3 sessions, running from 29 June – 4 August 2007.  Session I (29 June – 20 July 2007): Taught courses, session II (23 – 27 July 2007): Seminar & Field Study on Doing Business in Hong Kong, and session III (28 July – 4 August 2007): Field Study on Doing Business in Mainland China.  You can choose All or any one of the  three sessions.
