Annual HKSAR & PRC Pay Level Surveys
Since 1995, IIBD has collaborated with Hong Kong People Management Association (HKPMA) in conducting the Annual Pay Level Survey for Hong Kong and mainland China. The results of the survey were published in two volumes; namely, the HKSAR Pay Level Survey Report and the PRC Pay Level Survey Report, each contained nearly 400 pages in bilingual editions of English and Chinese. The survey reports analyzed the compensation packages of over 60 benchmark positions, providing accurate and detailed information which reflected the pay and benefits schemes and reward strategies of participating organisations.
