Come to one of the information sessions;

If you have not already done so, take the TOEFL or IELTS test
now or before December 23, 2011. Tests
taken after December 23, 2011 will NOT
be considered. (TOEFL or IELTS test is
not required if all of your choices of destination are in China
and Taiwan);

| (iii) |
To help in your choices of destination, browse the websites of
the available host institutions;
|
| (iv) |
Discuss with the staff members at the International Office any
questions you may have about the Student Exchange Programme;
|
| (v) |
Consult the departmental exchange coordinator and academic advisor
on the courses that you should take or would fit your study plan; |
| (vi) |
Download and complete the Application

Submit the completed application form (with your TOEFL/IELTS score
report or your TOEFL/IELTS registration confirmation) to
the International Office at DLB 825, Shaw Campus on
or before December 23, 2011 by 5:30 p.m.;

| (viii) |
For eligible applicants, submit also your scholarship application
form to the International Office at DLB 825, Shaw Campus
on or before December 23, 2011 by 5:30 p.m.; |
| (ix) |
Late applications will NOT
be considered.

Once your application is submitted, NO
change of destinations AND/OR
the duration of exchange period will be allowed. |

The International Office will forward your application to your
Head of Department/Programme Director for endorsement. Please note
that only applications with endorsement (and meeting the eligibility
criteria) will be considered for selection. |
