Required Documents
1.	Official academic transcript from your home institution
2.	A copy of your travel document containing your personal particulars, its issuance and expiry dates. (For students from Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan, please also attach copies of their identity documents, e.g. identity cards, census papers, etc.)
3.	Financial statements As required by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, students must provide financial proof of adequate financial resources to support their study and living expenses while in Hong Kong. Acceptable documents include copies of bank statements, savings account passbooks, scholarship letters showing a balance of at least US$5,000 (or equivalent) per academic semester for international students or RMB 20,000 for Chinese Mainland student. Notes: If you are not the account holder, please ask the account holder to write a statement declaring that he/she will financially support you during your study exchange at HKBU.
4.	Three recent passport-size photographs (one for the enrollment application; one for the student visa application; one for the International Office) - Not larger than 55 mm x 45 mm and not smaller than 50 mm x 40 mm; - All of the same pose; - Computer prints of photos are not acceptable
5.	A recommendation letter from home institution (required for Chinese Mainland students)
6.	An official TOEFL/IELTS score report (Required for non-native English speakers)
