I have interest in many different areas. I like making and drinking Chinese
Tea. My favour tea is Wu Lung ('Oolong'). I enjoy the process of making tea,
like a serious chemical process (actually it is really a chemical process).
Of course, I enjoy the product, Chinese Tea, more. If you had try those
a-little-bit more expensive tea, you can find the different easily. Also,
if you know the reason behind each step in making Tea, you can create Tea
with different taste and smell from the same dry Tea. It is really a very
interesting chemical process.
Another food that can make me crazy is potato chip. I like only two brands.
You may guess their names. One is an old one that exist in Hong Kong for
long time and have a orange bag. The other have many different type of
potato chip and appear in Hong Kong for just a few year. Both are not
come from Western Country.

For sports, I like Chinese Boxing (Chinese Kung Fu) and Lion Dancing
(Southern Lion only). May be Lion Dancing should be classified as Arts. I
like those traditional REAL Southern Lion Dancing, which is not the style
that commonly see in Hong Kong's Lion Dancing Show. What you see in those
lion dancing show in Hong Kong are actually using Northern Lion Dancing
style in Southern Lion Dancing. What a mess in Lion Dancing!? For Chinese
Boxing, I have no special favour. The one that my master teach me is quite
good. Again, Chinese Boxing is not only a kind of sports, but also a kind
of Arts. It is a combination of Physics, Human Biology and sports.
Universal Energy Treatment, which is actual a kind of a 'QiGong' come from
Vietnam is another exercise I do most. This is just for my health as it
become poorer and poorer under those high pressure working enviroment.
'QiGong' do help me to improve my health, and it is also highly recommended
by my Chinese Medical Doctor.
