Hong Kong St. John Ambulance members mailing list application

There are TWO mailing lists for local St. John members:
For the OPEN list SJAmemHK@net2.hkbu.edu.hk, anyone on the Internet can send a message to it without any limitation. You can receive messages from outsider or oversea members. However, you are also exposed to the Internet which may receive some unwanted message.

For the CLOSE list discuss@hksja.hkhosting.com, only members of the list can send message out. Your information still invisable to other user. Only your e-mail address will be shown. You MUST use the same e-mail address registered with this form to send out message. No attachment or large files allowed. Message can be writtern in any language and is NOT modulated.

These mailing lists are intended for members of Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Brigade and Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Association ONLY. If you are a current member or retired member, you can join the list by filling this form.

Information provided in this form are used for easy management of the list and ensure the one joining the list is really a St. John member. The list owner will check against your information provided randomly and reserve the right to refuse any application or request without any reason. In case you want to update your information, your previous information must be stated in the Remark. We strongly suggest you to print out a hard copy of what you had filled in the form for furture reference.
