To borrow books from the Library, you must have a valid University ID card as defined in the Library Regulations. Simply take the books to the Circulation Counter on Level 3 and complete the loan procedures.

Below is the Loan Rule Table for General Collection. The maximum number of renewals for all users is five.

Users may borrow Popular Books (except JULAC card holders, special borrowers, and retired staff) with a 7-day loan period (no grace period), renewable once and with no reservation.

For Course Reserves, only one item may be borrowed at a time for a loan period ranging from 2 to 48 hours. Reserve items on 2-hour loan can be checked out for overnight use within three hours before closing, and they must be returned before 10:00 am on the next opening day.
