To borrow multimedia items, please go to the counter of the Multimedia Learning Centre on Level 4 with a valid University / Library Card.

Below is the Loan Rule Table for the Multimedia Collection. The maximum number of renewals for AV materials is two.

* Only applicable to AV, AVD, AVI, off-air recorded TV programs (on campus use) and RD.

AV = Language kits AVD = CDs AVI = DVDs / VCDs RD = CD-ROMs

For other material types, students are welcome to use them inside the Library. If students need to check other material types out for a class presentation, it is required that they complete a form with the endorsement of their professor and to return the materials within 2 hours after their class has finished. No renewal can be made.

For AV Course Reserves, only one item may be borrowed at a time for a loan period ranging from 12 to 48 hours. For items on 12-hour Multimedia Reserve, students may view them in the Library only.
