Current staff and students of the University can simply use their HKBU e-mail account information to access their My Library Account.
Other eligible users (such as Graduate Borrowers and JULAC Card holders from other UGC institutions) will need to perform a one-time initial set-up on the My Library Account page:
Click on the "Other Eligible Users" tab.
Enter your name, barcode number, and then choose a PIN (password) of your choice. Click the "Submit" button.
The system will ask you to confirm your PIN by entering it twice. Your PIN must consist of only letters and numbers and cannot exceed 30 characters.
After clicking "Submit" again, your password will be set, and you will have access to your My Library Account.
