According to the licenses, only current staff and students of HKBU are permitted to view the videos. 3.  play the videos in class? YES Teachers and students are permitted to play or show the videos for the purpose of giving or receiving instruction. 4.  play the videos in a recreational activity held on      campus? NO The use of the videos is restricted for teaching and learning purposes. 5.  download the videos? NO The licenses specifically state that NO downloading or copying is permitted no matter for what purposes. 6.  embed the videos into a PowerPoint for presentation? 7.  upload the videos on Moodle, personal website, etc.? NO Since the licenses do not permit users to download or copy the videos, so no uploading, embedding, or editing is allowed. 8.  link the videos in Moodle or educational website for      HKBU students? YES This can be done for the purpose of teaching and learning within the university premises.
