TV PROGRAMS :
The Library has recorded TV programs produced by ATV, RTHK, and TVB since 1985, particular those useful for teaching and learning.
Now, we are gradually converting these programs to online videos for the convenience of users. The DVD copies are still kept on shelves for borrowing.
Due to licenses, both formats can be watched within campus only.
SCHOLARLY TALKS :
Starting from 2009, we have also piloted to capture selected scholarly events held at HKBU for teaching, learning and archival purposes. The selection criteria lie in
event content, our resources, and speakers' willingness to release their copyright. Although we work for providing these videos to all internet users,
speakers mandate the means of dissemination.
