All scholarly events take many departmental resources to make them successful, don't let them simply pass.
Through making the videos accessible online, we can enrich the learning experience of our students and
contribute to the community.
WE CAN...
Give you a standard form to seek speakers' consent
Edit the videos and convert them to online format
Provide 3 access options: (a) open to all, (b) open to HKBU staff & students, (c) on-campus use
Catalogue the events in the Library Catalogue, leading users to discover them
Previously taped events are also welcome.

TV PROGRAMS
We have recorded ATV, RTHK, and TVB programs since 1985, particular those useful for teaching and
learning. We are converting these programs to online videos for the convenience of users, but DVD copies
are still available for borrowing. Due to licenses, both formats can be watched within campus only.
STUDENT PRODUCTIONS
The Academy of Film (AF), the Department of Music (MUS), and the University Library joined forces to give the general public access to films and live music performances made by students.
These high-quality videos include dramatic movies, animation productions, documentaries, individual performances, and group performances.
We are also working with other departments to make their students' multimedia productions online.
電視節目
圖書館由 1985 年開始錄製 ATV、RTHK 與 TVB 多個節目至今，以支援教學用途。
為更方便讀者，我們現將節目逐步放置網上，但仍提供 DVD 規格的影片給讀者借出使用。
由於版權所限，這些節目僅供校園內使用。
學生作品
電影學院 (Academy of Film) 及音樂系 (Department of Music) 分別與圖書館 (HKBU Library) 合作，讓校外人士觀賞學生的影片作品及現場的音樂演奏。
這些影片製作種類繁多，包括戲劇電影、動畫製作、記錄片、個人音樂演奏及團體音樂演奏。
我們亦正與其他部門合作，在網上放置更多的學生多媒體作品以供觀賞。

The Group Viewing Room 2 (Level 4) of the Library has been upgraded to a multimedia classroom setting with overhead projector installed.
This room now supports 7.1 surround sound, high density (HD) TV, blue-ray disks (BD), DVD, VHS, LD, CD, cassette, and PC. Notebook projection is also supported.
Both teaching staff and students are welcome to make use of this room.

圖書館4樓的 Group Viewing Room 2 現升格為多媒體教室的設定。除安裝了投影機外，現還支援 7.1 環迴立體聲、高清電視 (HDTV)、
藍光碟 (BD)、數碼影碟 (DVD)、錄影帶 (VHS)、鐳射影碟 (LD)、光碟 (CD)、錄音帶 (cassette) 及電腦。此房間亦支援手提電腦投影技術。
觀迎各老師及學生善用此房間作教學之用。
