Atom Panel

Lattice Angle (default = 90 degree)

Lattice Point spacing
a1 in X-axis (default = 50 x 10E-09 m)
a2 in Y-axis (default = 50 x 10E-09 m)

It is a control panel for the Atom Structure. There are controlling a Lattice Angle (Phi), a horizontal lattice spacing (a1) and vertical lattice spacing (a2). All of them are controlled by the scroll bar and the corresponding value is indicated spontaneously. For adjusting the scroll bar, you may use the mouse to click the scroll bar or tab to the required scroll bar adjusting with the arrow keys of the keyboard.
Atom A Control Panel

Selection of Atom A :
Switch on or off Atom A in system
(default on)

Atom A Spacing
A1 : relative to the Lattice Point in X
A2 : relative to the Lattice Point in Y
(default A1 = 0 , A2 = 0)

Atom #ZA : Charge of Atom A (default = 100)

RadiusA : Atom A Radius (default = 10)

It is a control panel for the Atom A Structure. It is consisted by the Selection Box, Scroll Bar. The selection box is controlling for switch on or off the Atom A of the whole system. The two scroll bars are controlling horizontal atom spacing (atom Ax (a1)) relative to the atom structure and vertical atom spacing (atom Ay (a2)) relative to the atom structure. The remaining scroll bar is controlling the charge of the atom A. For switching on or off atom A, you may use the mouse to click the box of the Atom A Panel. The atom A will switch on when the box is selected. For adjusting the scroll bar, you may use the mouse to click the scroll bar or tab to the required scroll bar adjusting with the arrow keys of the keyboard.

Atom B Control Panel

Selection of Atom B :
Switch on or off Atom B in system
(default on)

Atom B Spacing
B1 : relative to the Lattice Point in X
B2 : relative to the Lattice Point in Y
(default B1 = 35 , B2 =35)

Atom #ZB : Charge of Atom B
(default = 100)

RadiusB : Atom B Radius (default = 10)
