Brand New Dual Master's Degree Opportunities
The School is pleased to announce the brand new dual master's degree opportunities in partnership with the Stockholm University School of Business (SUSB) in Sweden and the Northern Arizona University, The W. A. Franke College of Business (NAU) in USA, starting from 2008-09 academic year. The dual master's degree arrangement enables our MBA students to pursue an additional master's degree in the year after their graduation.
The collaboration with the SUSB is a dual MBA/MSc Degree Programme. Our MBA graduates can choose among the four designated MSc programmes offered by SUSB: Banking and Finance; International Strategic Management; Marketing, Management & Society or Accounting, Auditing & Analysis. For the collaboration with NAU, it is a dual MBA degree programme. Under the dual degree arrangement, students can earn two master's degrees in two years, which normally would take three years.The dual master's degree opportunities signify an important milestone of the School to provide more global learning experiences to students. Programmes of SUSB and NAU would be a good complement to the HKBU MBA with the theme of "Global vision, China focus". The dual master's degree arrangement offers HKBU MBA students a precious opportunity for learning and networking across Hong Kong, Northern Europe and USA. Students can widen their exposures to Hong Kong, Asian, European and US business perspectives. More importantly, it helps to improve studentsˇ¦ competitiveness in the global economy tremendously upon receiving the cross cultural business education.
