Single-Line Input | A single-line input is usually for name inputs
(SIZE=20 and MAXLENGTH=30) such as:

Text Area | A text area on the other hand has multiple rows
with horizontal and vertical scroll bars, usually for user comments. The example below is a text-area with COLS=50 and

mostly financial-planning questions for its potential clients.

| Technology Panel | IntelliQuest's Technology Panel is a worldwide research
panel of technology users. This panel is a collection of people who are using
