About the Speaker

Based in Hong Kong, Ada To is the Vice President – Human Resources in a public listed multinational company. She focuses primarily in areas of global Compensation and Benefits strategies, structures, policies and practices for over 80 offices across 40 countries. She had handled over 40 acquisition projects in 4 years time involving more than 19 countries.

She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management gained in multinational companies of different industries such as Telecommunication, Trading, Car Park Management, Transportation and Logistic Services in both Hong Kong and Australia.

She has been the Committee member of HKIHRM/SCMP People Management Awards for 2008 and 2009 and the Sub-Committee member of Body of Knowledge and Assessment for HKIHRM Professional Standard since 2009.
