Vision and Mission Statement

The vision of the Personnel Office is to recruit and retain quality staff for the Faculties/Schools/Offices in the fulfillment of the University's mission. To this end, the Personnel Office strives to provide quality professional service to the University community, to design appropriate and competitive personnel packages in step with the different stages of development of the University, to promote a trusting culture by becoming more transparent in the formulation and promulgation of personnel policies and procedures, and to provide opportunities for staff development in an environment that is conducive to learning and growing.
