The University is looking for young professionals who would like to pursue a career in human resources management in higher education. The appointee is expected to be able to provide executive support mainly to the functions of staff recruitment/appointment, administration of staff benefits, performance planning and review. The Office will provide training to the young professionals to enable them to specialize in areas of their interest and ability.

Applicants should have a Bachelorˇ¦s Degree, and at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a sizable organization. He/She should possess good analytical skills, a good standard of written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) and English. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and skills in computing applications are also necessary. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Human Resources Officer.

Salary and Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
