HONG KONG ORGANIC RESOURCE CENTRE

The Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre is the first local independent certification body of organic production in Hong Kong.   The Centre is providing organic certification service and actively promoting organic movement to the public through mass publicity and educational campaigns.  It is now seeking suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:

Executive Officer - Administration and Marketing (PR064/08-09)

The appointee is expected to assist the Centre Director in the execution of marketing development, promotional and administrative matters.  He/She shall be the team leader in promoting organic certification and building up the client base.  Applicants should have a university degree in marketing or related areas, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing or related field.

The applicant should have the following qualities and skills:

l    Independent, energetic character and ready to accept challenges

l    Out-going character and be willing to meet people

l    A devotion to organic movement

l    Experience in organizing extra-curricular activities and projects

l    Good communication skills in both oral and written English & Chinese

l    Good computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
