The appointee will be responsible for overall monitoring and controlling of refurbishment, improvement, repair and maintenance works for on-campus and off-campus premises managed by the University. Duties include liaison with end-users, supervision of consultants and contractors, preparation of tender documents / drawings, contract administration, monitoring of works programme and budgetary control, re-vamping of planned maintenance programme, supervision of in-house staff to maintain high level of work standard and output, etc.

Applicants should have a recognised professional degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, be a full member of RICS / HKIS or equivalent, be conversant with site practice and current building regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong, and have practical experience of AutoCAD applications.   Applicants should also be self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills, have the ability to work independently, be customer services orientated, and be a good team player.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
