The School of Continuing Education, one of the eight Faculties/Schools of Hong Kong Baptist University and a major provider of continuing and professional education in Hong Kong, offers a wide range of certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to young learners and working adults. The School currently has an annual enrollment of about 50,000 students and employs about 350 full-time staff and 1500 part-time instructors. The incumbent will be responsible for programme development, academic coordination and quality assurance (such as moderating teaching plans and examination papers, and conducting class visits), supervising part-time instructors and direct teaching.
Applicants should possess (a) a higher degree in Business with solid knowledge in Human Resource Management / Customer Services / Facilities Management; (b) at least 3 years of industrial experience, plus substantial teaching experience; (c) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and (d) good communication skills.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
Approximate monthly salary:
Lecturer I : HK$32,200 ¡V 51,000
Lecturer II : HK$23,900 ¡V 31,100
