The College of International Education (CIE), managed by the School of Continuing Education, is a self-funded unit of the Hong Kong Baptist University since 2000. CIE offers full-time Associate Degree Foundation Programme; Associate Degree Programme; and “Top-up” Undergraduate Degree Programmes at both the Kowloon Tong and Shatin Shek Mun campuses.  The CIE is committed to sustaining the University’s heritage of Christian higher education to create a humanistic environment that promotes whole-person development.   English is used as the medium of instruction at the College.   Applications are now invited for the following positions:

The appointee(s) will be responsible for day-to-day coordination and administrative support for academic programmes offered by the College.  Duties include admissions, class scheduling, committee work, supervision of frontline staff, and supporting the academic needs of teaching staff and students.  In addition, the College is also looking for programme administrator(s) to look after the system support and web development & maintenance.

Applicants should have a good first degree with at least 5 years of related work experience; good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; strong sense of responsibility; good interpersonal and communication skills; be independent; and proficient in computing applications.  Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Programme Administrator. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
