As announced at the beginning of the meeting, this was my last month as Organizer of the Kowloon Branch. Alan Taylor will be taking over as Branch Organizer of this branch as of 1 July 2003, at which time I will become the Acting Organizer of the Chinese Branch, until a more suitable Branch Organizer can be found. Because I will not be organizing Kowloon Branch meetings in the future, I did not conduct the usual closing session for collecting suggested future discussion topics.
