Hello, my name is fin. This first version of my Philopsychy Society Member's Profile was submitted on 5 April 2001. I promote fluency in the English language, helping German adult professionals in the world of business and politics to communicate. I also have a layman's interest in the impact of new findings in cosmology and quantum physics on our understanding of life in general. I am interested in promoting understanding, love and respect between all people, and in developing global compassion, trust and hope. Something I've written that might be of some interest to you is called "Cruising Cologne with Jo". Jo, a young African passing through Germany, and Stevie, a lonely older English/Irish woman, support each other in their life dreams. . It is unpublished (not yet looking for a publisher). . It is available in computerized form (but not on the WWW).

Finally, just so you can get to know me a little, here's something special I'd like you to know:
I am acutely aware in my daily life of the loneliness of so many people who have travelled to Europe, and especially to Germany where I live,looking for a better life. Away from their own cultures, cut off from their families, these immigrants are struggling to find a foothold here. The contribution they are making to a tired western European psyche, and in particular to a deeply war-damaged German one, has immense beneficial potential, which is as yet largely unrealised.
