Something I've written that might be of some interest to you is called The Spiritual Art of Dialogue: Mastering Communication for Personal Growth, Relationships, and the Workplace. This work is a detailed account of how to practice the art of dialogue and explore the drama of life (as taught by Socrates and Plato) in contemporary life.
