Hello, my name is David. This first version of my Philopsychy Society Member's Profile has been on the web since October 27, 1996. I am a computer programmer/analyst, in my 18th year. I and two others own equal shares in our own company, which does billing and collections for hospitals and doctors. My contribution is software, operations, and management. I have spent much time in codependency and parenting groups. I have found the support and challenges to be quite rewarding. I look forward to doing the same on-line. I am somewhat proficient in psychobabble. I have interest in ethics, morality, and philosophy. I am an egoist, and an atheist. I generally disagree with humanists, spiritualists, and socialists. I am fairly straightforward. I have my personal values, and justify them by simply saying they are my choice, calling on nothing higher than myself. I will acknowledge societal values, with respect to social evolution and culture, and what's current in a given time period.
