HKBU athletes clinch championships in dodgeball and badminton tournaments

The HKBUSU Dodgeball Club sent multiple men’s teams to the Hong Kong Universities Dodgeball Championships held on 16 and 17 March, and they made a triumphant return with both the champion and 1st runner-up titles. In the Mixed Group, HKBU representatives defeated the team from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, claiming the dual championship.

Futhermore, members of the HKBU Badminton Team also achieved excellent results in the Hong Kong AirBadminton Championships held on 16 March. In the collegiate category, the Men’s Doubles representatives, Chiang Cheuk-hang and Kwan Pok-hong, as well as the Women’s Doubles representatives, Yeung Cheuk-tung and Chung Yue-tung, defeated the University of Hong Kong teams in the finals and won the championship titles. Ng Tsz-ching and Hung Shing-fung secured the 1st runner-up position in the Mixed Doubles event.
