HKBU students receive Link University Scholarship

Thirteen HKBU undergraduate students were awarded the Link University Scholarship 2023-24 for their exceptional academic achievements and dedication to community service. The award ceremony took place on 2 March.

Among the recipients, Tsang Ka-yan (Chinese Language and Literature, Year 3) received the award for the third time, while Or Nga-sze (Accounting, Year 4) and Kenny Woo Shi-nam (Chinese Medicine, Year 3) were both two-time winners.

Established in 2015, the Scholarship aims to reduce barriers to education by providing scholarships to outstanding local Hong Kong students who are the first in the three generations within their families to attend universities in Hong Kong. In 2023-24, a total of 220 students were granted the scholarship, each receiving HK$20,000.
