HKBU receives HK$1 million from Shenzhen Century Global Supply Chain Company Limited for management research

The University received a generous donation of HK$1 million from Shenzhen Century Global Supply Chain Company Limited in support of a research project of the Department of Management entitled “The Effect of Aesthetic Appreciation on Scientific Achievement and Misbehaviour: The Role of Creativity”.

 

In acknowledgement of the donor’s generosity, a recognition ceremony was held on 30 June 2017 officiated by the President of Shenzhen Century Global Supply Chain Company Limited, Mr Eddy Zhang, and President and Vice-Chancellor Professor Roland Chin.

 

The guests and HKBU representatives attending the ceremony included President Zhang’s assistant Ms Lily Tsai, HKBU Associate Vice-President (Engagement) Mr Yeung Chee-kong, Professor Huang Xu and Professor Li Ji of the Department of Management, and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation Mrs Lily Chan.
