HKBU students and staff “Take a Break” to enjoy art

Tricking performance combines martial arts and dance

HKBU organised today (20 October) an art fair entitled Take a Break as part of the Cultural Literacy Progamme. There were an impressive array of activities including tricking which combines martial arts and dance, other diverse music performances such as handpan, didgeridoo, bucket drum and busking by HKBU students as well as handicraft stalls. 

The activity aims to encourage students and staff to take a break despite their busy schedules through different kinds of activities that raise appreciation for the arts. The activity also serves to inspire students’ creativity and broaden their artistic vision.
